Our self-watering pots use the ancient Olla irrigation technique, which relies on the natural porosity of ceramic to provide plants with consistent and efficient hydration. How does the self-watering system work?
Our self-watering pots use the ancient olla irrigation technique. They consist of two parts: an inner pot where you place your plant and an outer pot that serves as a water reservoir.
Thanks to the natural porosity of the ceramic, water from the outer pot slowly seeps into the inner pot, hydrating the plant's roots consistently and efficiently. This way, your plant gets the water it needs, when it needs it, without the risk of overwatering or underwatering.
