What are the delivery times ?
Whatever the delivery method chosen, we undertake to ship your package 24 hours after your order (Monday to Friday). Relay point orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, allow 2 to 3 working days. Finally, express delivery guarantees delivery within 48 hours if your order is placed before 1 p.m.
What are the prices and delivery methods available?
We ensure deliveries by Mondial Relay, DPD and Chronopost. All information on our prices and delivery methods are available on this page.
What happens if I am absent on the day of delivery of my package?
In the case of a delivery at home or at the place of work – On the delivery notice, it will be indicated if your parcel will be delivered the next day to the address indicated, or if it will be delivered to the post office or to the nearest relay point.
If this is not indicated, go to the carrier's website to track the package.
Do you deliver abroad?
No problem ! We deliver all over the world. However, if the destination does not seem to be recognized when placing your order, send us a message and we will fix it very quickly!
What types of payment are accepted on the site?
