What are the delivery times?
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we commit to dispatching your parcel within 24 hours of your order (Monday to Friday). Click & Collect orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, allow 2 to 3 working days. Express delivery guarantees delivery within 48 hours if your order is placed before 1pm.
What are the delivery rates and available shipping methods?
We deliver via Mondial Relay, DPD and Chronopost. All information about our rates and delivery options is available on this page.
What happens if I'm not home on the day my parcel is delivered?
For home or workplace delivery – The delivery notification will indicate whether your parcel will be delivered the following day to the address provided, or left at the nearest post office or collection point.
If this is not indicated, visit the carrier's website to track your parcel.
Do you deliver abroad?
No problem! We ship worldwide. However, if your destination doesn't seem to be recognised at checkout, drop us a message and we'll sort it out very quickly!
What payment methods are accepted on the site?
Several payment types are accepted on the site:
