At Pepin, we are committed to shipping your orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We work with various carriers to offer you fast and efficient delivery, tailored to your needs:

Orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Here are our carriers:
Metropolitan France: DPD (2-3 days) €5.50, Mondial Relay (2-5 days) €3.50, DHL (24h) €12.90.
Delivery in Metropolitan France is free from €50 with Mondial Relay.
DOM-TOM: Colissimo (5-6 days), €16
United Kingdom: Colissimo (5-6 days), €10
Europe: International Colissimo (4-5 days), €9.50
Rest of the world: Colissimo international (5-6 days), 20€
Product returns
You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt). Returns are your responsibility.

We know how important it is for you to receive your products and accessories in the best conditions, which is why we have chosen trusted partners to ensure delivery.
Delivery costs and special conditions
We offer free delivery in mainland France from 75€ of purchase with Mondial Relay. This policy has been put in place to make our service accessible while ensuring fast and safe delivery.
Whatever the delivery method chosen, we undertake to ship your package 24 hours after your order (Monday to Friday). Orders at relay points are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. For home delivery, allow 2 to 3 working days. Finally, express delivery guarantees delivery within 48 hours if your order is placed before 1 p.m.
Return policy and customer service
Return of products
At Pepin we understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return an item to us. Return costs are your responsibility. To make a return, follow the instructions on our site and choose a tracking service to ensure receipt of your package.
