Grow your own avocado tree at home!
1. Undress your avocado stone
After enjoying your best avocado toast, save the stone, wash it and remove the thin brown skin
2. Get it ready for its dip
Wrap it in kitchen paper, dampen it well and place it in a sealed bag or airtight container
3. Give it a little time
Leave it in the dark for â 4 weeks
Once your stone has split and a tiny root appears, it's ready for its dip!
4. Pop on its float⊠and into the water!
Fill a glass, vase or whatever you have with water. Then place the stone on its float, root fully submerged in the water #poolparty
5. Watch your avocado tree grow
Patience â a stem will shoot up quickly and leaves will appear! Once you have several leaves and roots, you can repot it in soil.
